Banned for actually taking two same BangPrime accounts.
Explaination:
1) One taken in 2020., never reported it as dead.

2) Trying to cheat, he requests and gets the second account - I was not home the whole time, otherwise I would ban Ed immediately.

Conclusion:
For trying to cheat and exploit the CS Rules, a permanent ban has been issued.
No need to explain a single thing, Ed got what he deserves.
