Hello, During the pandemic, i have listened to so much music that I feel the need to branch out and listen to something new
I love guitars and am looking for a band/guitar player/album that blows you away. Thanks in advance!

I've usually found the guitar in Santana's music to be excellent. But taste in music can differ a lot, so maybe you can mention some of your favorites?

Mark Knopfler, Waylon Jennings, Keith Richards, Derek Trucks, Eric Clapton Santana is good, but I haven't listened enough. I will now!

John Petrucci and Steve Vai for shreding, but I also love Santanas feels and Al Dimeola and John Maclaughlin experimentations. If we are talking about classic rock I'd say Hendrix and Jimmy Page. And special mention to Jason Becker and Marty Friedman as Cacophony! Also note Paul Gilbert for technichal skills and sweet Mr.Big hits!
