Smile, eyes, teeth, skin, ass, breasts or personality?
I guess all are important in some degree, but smile, and breast size (not too small) are what attracts me sexually and of course i have to have some connection to them. My wife shared my interest in movies and sports and that is what made it so easy to get on with her on our first dates, no awkward silences.

you are right,all are important and these as a whole makes a woman.to single out smile ,eyes and personality would be my choices .And others are additional bonuses .
