General Discussion Post images from gallery/local storage.

Hello, there is a very good thread by@ wormtail39 describing about how to post images on CS. But shouldn't there be an option to post images from gallery or local storage. I am pretty sure many users use mobile devices to access CS like me. I have many images, memes, screenshot on my device. Uploading Here can be tough coz 1st i have to upload it online then only I can share it here. 
Whats your thoughts on this everyone.?

Thank you @kocige for the information. Most of the times I use my mobile to surf. That placed at bottom, I ignored it. my bad.
