Hey guys,
I have just started my first attempt at beef Jerky. Ill share my recipe and please comment: 1KG Porterhouse steak (was on special) sliced 1/4 inch thick, kept full length of steaks 1/2 cup soy 1/2 cup sweet soy 1/2 cup Worcestershire TBLS honey TBLS smoked paprika TBLS chili Marinade overnight 12 hrs About to hang up in the oven as we speak Fan forced, 60C for a few hours, I will monitor. Beer is made at a local DIY facility, bottling an already prepared Dunkelweizen. 50 Litres Going down at lunchtime

Jerky needed 12hrs to cook at 60C still could go another couple of hours I think.A little salty, but my 3 year old has already eaten more than me! The Dunkelweizen Beer when I had finished bottling did not seem enough, so I ordered another brew, it was a wheat beer with a touch of honey, called Beez Neez. Thumbs up for both of those.
