What kind of a book you like to read?
The last two books I have read were Muramaki's:
a) Norwegian Wood
b) Sputnik Sweatheart

Norwegian Wood made me cry.
Why? You need to be inloved to completely understand it.
I have four ''Wood'' books, all editions available in my country

P.S. and FYI Murakami is a japanese writer.
He is kinda unsual and you need to be prepared for everything.
Read the Rules, please.

Whether you are religious or not, this book is definitely an emotional read:

The Five People You Meet in Heaven - it is about a man meeting five people in heaven after dying. These people would either have a relation to him on a personal level, or they would indirectly but significantly be related to him due in part to his impact on their lives prior to their deaths. The plot twists are amazing in this one. Their afterlife lessons would help shape his personal heaven, also helping him deal with the pains of his life prior to his death.

It's a good read. You can also incorporate the themes of the story to your personal life.

This is my best description of it without spoiling it.

Sick puppy by Carl Hiassen is a fantastic book. Actually, all his stuff is great, but this one is really good.
