An otter. They are so cute and really smart. They love to play and are like smart ferrets that love water. They also make the cutest noises!

The next "pet" I get will be a reef aquarium.  They are very complex to set up and maintain but there are so many different things you can do with them.  I had one for a couple years before I had kids and when they came along I no longer had time to maintain it.  They look like they are a lot easier and cheaper now actually but I'm sure very time intensive still.

I like it because there is so much you can do.  Fish, corals, plants, clams, shrimp, crabs, snails, etc, etc!

I owned an acquarium years ago, now it is empty and waiting for new guests!
Hopefully soon the guests will be there!
