ZERO times a week most weeks, i just haven't got the time at the moment, i do play football after work a few times a week and i go swimming with my son on the weekend sometimes. My Brother who has done some body building competitions in the past goes 4 or 5 times a week, he is in top shape and makes me feel pathetic when i see him lol.

The plan is 3 times, but usually I do not get beyond 2... The third time seems to be the hardest (in the weekend).

experts say atleast 3 times a week but it depends on your workout routine. How intense it is, what muscles your working on. I would say 4 or 5 is the best for me personally.

Well, none as of Tuesday this week, but generally about 5 6 times a week.
Intense CrossFit classes about 4 days and couple days just lifting.
Must say I'm bloody struggling now and it's only been a few days......

Well it's been at Least 15 Years.

I'm not really an exercise person.

I like walking and riding my bike.

I like hitting the Speed Bag, that Boxers use, but that has been a while also.
