Thanks Well it is when someone is taking a lot of something (in our example could be premium cracked accounts, configs, combos, proxy lists etc... posted by other forum members) and not giving back (sharing back to community) anything at all or the things he share are a lot less worth in quality / quantity than he actually takes.
