Can anyone recommend me a good PC build with +/- 450€ ?
Doesn't need to include keyboard, mouse, hdd(ssd must have )or screen.
I have one in mind with I3-9100F, 8gb DDR4, 240gb Crucial Mx500, B250A prime asus mobo and 1060 with 3/6gb, being said without the gpu i can find this build for +/- 350€ and buying a refurbished gpu local

Im not a specialist.

I reccomend you 4-core processor from a cheaper shelf, minimum 16 Gb Ram and minimum 1060 GTX 6 GB., Adata has nice ssd disks. I do not reccomend you to buy used GPU, this may be, for example, a very worn card after a cryptocurrency excavator. Best buy all components from confidential shop.

Im setting my eyes in the i5 9400f, Ryze 5 2600x are +/- the same price and i5 has a little bit higher bench, for the gpu, a refurbished one it's pratically new, it's just it goes back to the manufacter and they replace whatever is bad with new pieces.

For budget Pc i think Ryzen processor is good enough. When it comes to Ram memory i have MSI laptop with 32 GB Ram and last time i noticed 18,5 Gb Ram is in use, holy s**t, i had an open chrome with 15 cards and 2 virtual systems in Virtual Box (program), im aiming for it that 16 gb is minimum nowadays. U do as you think with your graphic Card.

Sorry for my English xd

I don't use that much ram xd, if i open more than 10 tabs it's almost never, ryzen 2600x + rx 580 seems like a good deal

Ahh but Ram memory for me is really cheap so more=better. Remember to buy a solid brand power supply, this is the most important component in whole Pc, it's not worth trying to save money on power supply.

I know my way around in IT, better spend a good money in PSU than not buying one good and later have to replace it for more powerfull one
