Yo, this friend asked me to help him with css and html but since i dont have time i came here asking for help. he just started with design hipermedia, and the part of inline block he did it, but he can't move foward to do the floats and flexbox, the objective is to do have the exact result has the picture in the attachment, i have no time, so if you can help me and him, it would be appreciated, i send the file in his main language portuguese and the file translated with some online tool
