Indian members need help

Hello. Since there are alot of Indian members here is there anyone having issues subscribing to patreon or onlyfans with sbi debit or PayPal linked with ur sbi. My cards are working fine everywhere except for onlyfans and patreon.

First of all let me tell you I'm not from India, but somehow (don't ask how) I do know some things about the cards themselves.

I need to ask this...
Did you check the PAN number (i.e. Amex 3775.....), Visa (4140.....), etc?
Did you check the CVV number? 
Card's expiration date and year?
Did you enter the exact name that's on the card and so on?
(i.e. my country/language has some special characters and eventhough most of our surnames include one, we need enter them without)
Do you have enough funds on the card?

I don't have an OF nor Patreon account but first check these things


In case, you have an option to buy something using your PP account (a video, subscription, etc), then I suggest you to go to their Message Center and ask them - ask PayPal.
Within a few days we have discussed and managed to successfully close my issue I was having with one EXTREMELY popular mercant not only in the USA but in the whole World too.
They have even called me on the phone, since if I would call them, it would cost me a fortune.

Also I would like to kindly ask you to check the OF/P TOS (Terms of Services).
Maybe they have banned some cards (from a specific countries).
Many companies, financial institutions too tend to do that due to some Regulations.

If you will need any extra info, any extra thing that you could check, please without any hesitations, let me know and I'll be here.

Thank you for the reply, yes i have sufficient balance on the card and have entered all the data correct. Generally I link my PayPal(payment option here is my same card)with patreon and for onlyfans i link my card since you can't pay through PayPal here. The last time I subscribed was around April. But since then both patreon and onlyfans subscriptions are getting cancelled. First i thought my international usage is switched off by bank but it is not and I was able to purchase from an Australian merchant in month of June. 

I tried to add my card with patreon but it shows card declined. Also when u signup at onlyfans it requires to add a card. Each time you add a card it charges around rs. 1. Upto that all is fine. But whenever I try to subscribe, it says cannot be processed. Don't know why.

Did you change your card in the meanwhile?
(by change I mean - did the Bank issue you a new card, due to the old one being expired)
I'm reffering to a time period from April till now.

In case you did, you need to edit those details (usually the expiration date/month and CVV/CCV number - three digits on most of the cards) in the PayPal settings.

After all the things being said, I believe there are a few solutions to your ''problem''/issue:

1) contact your Bank and ask them could something be wrong with your card?
You can mention you wanted to make an online payment but prior actually doing a transaction, it has been declined/cancelled.
They have an info about every transaction you did - trust me they do.

2) you can contact PayPal Support (via their Message Centre) saying that one merchant doesn't want to accept your payment :dunno:
Keep in mind they might call you to verify this is your PayPal account.
Trust me their are such a cool guys and girls, so there's no need to be afraid of their calls.

3) the last one, you can contact the OF/P Support asking them what could be the issue you are experiencing.
Tell them what you have told me....i.e.....
''A few months ago you have bought a sub to a content creator, blah blah and you wanted to try a different one.
The system doesn't let you go any further and you don't know the reason.''
(but prior contacting them, call your Bank and/or PayPal to be fully prepared)


Listen, my friend, I would really like to tell you our kind CS fellows will help you with this one and I completely understand your concern, but when you talk about financial things, I would only contact ''the guys themselves'' (the Bank, PayPal and OF/P Support).
That's my honest opinion.

No I have not changed my card and have tried talking to patreon but they said its not their fault. Going to bank and yelling why u blocking my onlyfans transactions looks kind of odd but that's the only option left i think. Anyways thank you for your help.

I am not saying you need to yell.
You will make nothing good with yelling, just ask them could anything be wrong with your card.
You were trying to make an online transaction and your card has been cancelled / transaction declined.
Don't mention OF to the Bank.
And I stronly believe they have something that will protect your identity.
Remember, almost all porn-studios always protect your payment by stating a ''different company'' on the bank statements

Yeah. They charge in the name of some other company. I think I will have to say some shit like I need to support my friend's patreon and it's getting declined. But the problem is that due to covid in my city they are allowing very less people to bank and at the entry point they ask what ur cause to visit bank. If it is not that important they ask you to leave.

I'll tell you how the things work here where I live - even in ''non-Covid-time''.
For some transactions, some details they can tell you via the phone.
That's what and how they told me a few days ago.
All I nedded to do is to verify myself with a few personal details.

BTW Soooooooorry, but just one quick reminder.
Generally speaking, when you need/want to pay something via the PayPal, you always need to have an additional funds due to some extra fees you need to pay.
I.e. a monthly sub costs 10 USD, a total cost for you will be 12-13USD (maybe even less than that, but keep in mind about these fees).

@StivnQ yeah I know that. I have suffient fudns on my account. Cancelation due to less funds is no chance here. God knows why its happening. The entire lockdown i had to depend on other people's porn rips.

Call your Bank, just in case.
Many card issuers have their contact phone on the back of the cards.
I am sure something will happen and you will abe able to use your card once again
