i'm learning c language and win32 api,i like to learn winsock too,is c++ better or c?
i use win 10 20h2 and vs 2019.i also like unix too.

Hello from one of the newbies. Learning WinSock is definitely a good startpoint. From my point of view, developing Windows apps in C (and escpecially GUI apps) is not impossible, but really tedious. Therefore I definitely recommend you C++ with some kind of GUI framework, e.g. Visual Studio and MFC comes to mind...
