To prevent leeching,a new usergroup named CONTRIBUTOR has been made on CS.The users in this group can post as much they can and the other usergroups will have a limit of 2 accounts/24 hours to prevent leeching.Please understand i'm not accusing my members of leeching as i already know you all but in case some other unknown members register and leech,it would make a big problem for us.
As it is not a paid forum and everyone has free access to everything,this security measure was needed.
