I do not prefer fake tits, with exception to Lauren Phillips, Kenzie Taylor, Aiden Starr (I like her chubby phase), etc.
I have and will always prefer a natural looks, and so what if a lady has small tits. This is who she is and if you are asking me, she doesn't need to change at all. After all, you should never judge the book/s by its cover/s.
But I understand, porn-industry is a special ''business-branch'', and wheather we like it or not, we need to accept those ''rules''.
Because ''looks is what sells''   in porn.

Oh yeah, and the scars....are a biiiig no-no for me.

My ex had HUGE natural tits.  Probably the reason I'm not into big tits, but I will say that after seeing what she had to deal with I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
She has bigger traps than I do and a big divot on each shoulder where her bra strap rode!

When she was on top I could see being smothered, literally. 

But with that aside saggy is always bad no matter what size they are.
