Injections and Drugs are pretty common these days in porn.
More People watching Porn means more Content needs to be made,

I believe the surgery thing is true because I've seen this dude Sam Shock. He got a thicker dick. I've seen it on NAVR. You can tell the difference between his old vids and recent vids
