yeah thats true 

For me, in cam sites, video feels little laggy and no proper close ups and not enough high resolution as real camera video

I don't know at which cam site you got laggy video and haven't seen proper close ups. It would be enough to visit chaturbate and watch bunch of close ups in HD.
