Porn Discussion Onlyfans banning sexual explicit content

So I just read some news that OnlyFans will remove all sexual explicit content from it's servers starting October. This looks like the end of the platform.

In my opinion, the bad thing is that a lot of good stuff in there will wiped forever. The good however is that pornstars will go back to doing good ol' fashioned porn scenes. Interesting months coming ahead for the porn industry

I don't think anything will change. Before onlyfans patreon was rocking good and even today it is widely used. Creators will shift to mymfans, bentbox and if onlyfans gets shutdown there will be an another company given that how much onlyfans made just in the last year, any porn company will try to grab the market.

The only bad thing which will happen is that onlyfans stuffs was easily available on the internet which will likely to be the case for other platforms. Hardly we get patreon stuffs leaked, bentbox updated their security and made near impossible for cracking. We will just have to wait for those Heros who come once in a while and share their collection...

If I understand correctly, the reason why onlyfans dropped porn from it's platform was because of the payment processors forcing the company to do so. Porn sites do not use paypal directly for example since it's against paypal term of service, They get a third party (Epoch) who charges a shit ton to provide the service https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/arti...ces-FAQ569.

This happened with pornhub. They couldn't control all what users upload. Some of it turned out to be sexual abuse and complaints were reaching the payment processor. Pornhub had to only allow verified members. This might happen again if such content start poppin in patreon, bentbox ... leaving models with unstable future. Next up you might see your favorite onlyfans model on twitch role playing in GTA V  or fucking for [insert your favorite porn site here].

already many creators are shifting to other platforms. fansly is the most what they are using. Even if the platform gets bombarded with abusive stuffs it will take a year for them to stop it,  company will try to maximize the profit in that time before cleaning themselves  ..Then again creators shift to other platform...The cycle will go on and on. And all thots have already huge followers on insta and twitter.they will post their new platforms links there. Their loyal fans will sub wherever they post, if the content is good people will also sub. I remember at the start of 2020 onlyfans wasn't such a huge company but features like live streaming and individual PPV and free subs account made them what they are today. Newer companies are already doing the exact same strategy.

One good thing after banning of onlyfans porn is that creators are selling their explicit ppv at the price of peanuts. LMAO

Porn will adapt. It always has. Porn's influence is huge: VHS over Beta, Blu-Ray over HD-DVD, internet boom.

The next evolution will be for cryptocurrency to be the form of payment. This way, you remove payment processors like Visa & Mastercard directly.

It didnt take long for them to retract that, not sure if they just dropped that payment processor or came to a better agreement.... OnlyFans is not banning explicit content.

I think they made their own payment processor same as brazzers, rk .. sites (behind pornportal) did with their own "probiller" payment processor. The thing is if visa/mastercard say no to them it's a dead end for them.
