File hosting services have been changing a lot for past 15 years. Most of them had their ups and downs because of many reasons. Unfortunately, I can not give you any good enough advice.

Beside, there are many aspects related to you that you should take into consideration when choosing file host for your files.
Please read forum rules carefully before making your first posts.

Currently I can recommend using gofile.io for adult content for singular files. They don't decrease video quality with compression, and they are anonymous and free (they say they're for the people). They don't seem to care a lot about DMCA requests either. If you want to share a folder, MEGA.nz is still king, although they definitely do comply with DMCA requests.

File hosts come and go though. What is good 1 day may be terrible the next.
