The uniqueness of women's features is what makes them so interesting.  I'm not sure I'd consider it an unusual feature or fetish even...but I like women with wide or long nipples.  This feature exists with a number of my favorite search for women with classics like Cameo, Colleen Brennan, and Jessica Wylde and more recent women like Kayden Kross.
