I'm a bit curious about VR Porn. Last time I checked, to set an Oculus or HTC Vive you need a hell lot of wires, a really good PC, sensors and a room dedicated to it. Is VR porn so different than regular 1080p/4K porn to justify all that troubles ? Anybody tried it ? How was the experience ?

i would also like to know this! though vr is too expensive for me atm maby once the tech is older/cheaper il invest in it becaue the new half life game looks awsome also vr porn sounds amazing in premise but i have heard its a little awkward.

@ wormtail39 There was a game trailer that almost sold me on VR 5 years ago. Then I heard about motion sickness, wires and sensor problems ... VR just wasn't ready yet for prime time. The game is "EVE: Valkyrie" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DZ4gpjwJa08
After that I heard Star Citizen is coming to VR https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9RUWxsVmws , And damn ! That game looks good and gameplay is surreal.
For porn, I don't think POV Porn scenes are so much different than VR Porn scenes ... I never tried porn on a VR headset, so I might be wrong though.

I really don't enjoy that much, i much prefer the normal scenes, i get pissed off when naughtyamerica.com do scenes with multiple girls and it's a damn VR scene, such a waste for me, they have done so many multiple girl scenes that would have been so good if shot normally.

I don't own one, I tried some games on a oculus at a friend's house but never had the opportunity to try porn on one before. And yes Naughty America pisses me off too with the VR vids. If only they filmed a POV regular scene at the same time they did a VR Scene ...

I have tried VR porn, but it didn't do it for me. I prefer good old 1080p

hmm u like space games 2? me 2 bro! i allways thought eve would be to complicated for me tho! plus my pc probs couldnt run it!! same with star citizen which is a shame because star citizen looks amazing i heard about it years and years ago im suprised its not out yet tbh! all those kickstarter backers must be piiiiiiiisssst, and well id asume vr just makes it look like its closer to u  i would deffo like to try it! but the only guy i know with a vr headset is my 13 year old cousin and i doubt he would let me load up riley reid takes a black one up the shitter looool

What I would go for is a space VR experience or a pilot VR experience like the one that hopefully is coming to Microsoft Flight simulator 2020 . That game has the most accurate render of the whole EARTH ! Yep you could see your house rendered in the game .

i have heard about that flight simulator one that sounds pretty cool i think vr is deffinetly on the way in! i think certain games would benefit from it more than others like horror games sound fucking terrifying in vr lol

Have you tried it? 
On what medium? (PS, Occulus, HTC, etc)
Did you like it compared to standard pics/vids?

I've tried it on PS4 with their VR. 
The physical experience was not very good - Cumbersome gear, crappy side loader for your vids. 
The porn experience however was pretty awesome...
I had imagined more of a 2D environment with the actresses moving, but boy was I wrong. 
Within minutes of starting, there was Ariana Marie's ass right in my face. It looked super real. 

I think it is still a bit early in the VR development for it to become the standard, but I could definitely see that happening in the near future as VR tech gets better, cheaper and easier to use.
