I wanted to know if depends on the poor quality technology of the cam model or it depend on the site that hosts them ?
i think i found only 1 site with a lot of hq cam and is livejasmin.com

3 factors are involved.
1. Camsite concept (seriousness)
2. Supported streaming protocols
3. Webcams models are using.

1. There are about 10 major cam sites, and at least 20 more smaller ones. All other are sister sites also known as white labels. Each one of them has a bit different approach to what is important and what is not. Therefore some pay more attention to video stream quality and some less. Livejasmin is a so called "premium" cam site where nudity and porn action is not allowed in free chat. Furthermore they insist on highest possible standards in every single way. From their platform all the way to the models (btw, I have no idea how they managed to get into top with such a stupid site name ). Someone told me they have approximately 200 employees in total. Not sure if that is 100% correct but I am sure it is not far away from the truth. It is impossible to register there as a cam model unless you have professional photo portfolio and at least fullHD cam. Most studios are also working with them since studios have lightning equipement and even 4K and VR cams.

As far as I know F4F (flirt4free) is also insisting on quality and it is also "premium" cam site. Beside those 2, you have Streamate.com (SM), Xlovecam.com (XLC) Bongacams.com (BC), Cams.com and Stripchat.com (SC) with plenty of HD cams and also huge one Myfreecams.com (MFC) which lately started to work on improving their stream quality as well.

Rest of the major cam sites would be cam4.com (bunch of amateurs), imlive.com, eurolive.com, camsoda.com and some other.

By the way, I am interested in few since some of the models I was/am following are still camming.

Seems like cammaster has forgot to mention it (and I heard some bells ringing in my head but could not remember why). Thanks @ wormtail39 for reminding me and adding the CB to the list. yeah chaturbate is the main one i use! followed by myfreecams! i have tried to find girls i like on the others but never seem to be able! i dont like the premium sites where nothings done in the free area as i dont spend money! so whats the point! @Mr. James Bond i rember reading that you are able to get access to prive shows from certain sites for gold plat members, its a shame u cant get things from myfreecams or chaturbate but i was wandering is streamate like those 2?

MFC had group shows exploit which was patched somewhere in 2013 or so. CB had pvt shows exploit where you could record private shows but that has last really short period of time (or I have heard of it too late when it was already patched). I never had any of those in my hand. SM had exploit till 2018 where it was possible to record private shows but you had to have credit card attached to the account. I believe that exploit is also patched. Since none of models I am following don't work at SM I wasn't checking that exploit.
