Getting a Mega Pack on the web is easy, keeping it online and trusting everyone to not report that mega pack and takedown everybody's work is where thing get tricky.

You can register multiple unlimited Gdrive account, and storing data in couple of them as a backup, if the shared one will be leeched and reported. Transferring data inside Gdrive is really fast, like 300 Megabytes per second.
