Possibly wrong post count?

I dont sure if is it a bug or is it inteded. When I post in tutorial section it seems to be count towards my day limit in accounts. Just tested it. 

What I mean:
Before post it was 
Total count of threads to which you may contribute in this section 2 thread(s)
Within last 24 hours you already contribute to 0 thread(s) in this section and are allowed to contribute in 2 more.

And after I replied in tutorial section it became

Total count of threads to which you may contribute in this section 2 thread(s)
Within last 24 hours you already contribute to 1 thread(s) in this section and are allowed to contribute in 1 more.

It is so intended, otherwise the tutorial section will be leeched in some minutes.
