Suggestion Alternate Legal-looking Payment options

How safe it is to have a payment option which looks legally fine. I was thinking about having patreon page for cracking soul (with a different name in patreon) and member can subscribe to the patreon page. Or we can have some crowd funding option which looks legal for payment processing? 

I am not sure about the drawbacks of it, site owners what are your thoughts about this?

I am not the owner but if i would be I'd decide not to try that. To much things to take into consideration with too many obstacles.

I'm not aware of patreon page or any other methods. For small amounts like 7 euros, people prefer to use the mehods we are already accepting.
