the mobile version of the site needs some improvements:
bigger icons on homepage
and that 3 dots bar is quite small to press on a phone

Both are, the left one I edited myself, on mobile version alerts are not visible as well

good start, i recommend to change the "user cp" to a little bigger avatar circle, and put a letter icon (with that red counter) as well to go to private messages
this can also be moved i think.

instead of little avatar and user cp why don't just put a little big avatar to go to cp panel, that would save on screen space
