As I told you before, I have a Program to Rip my DVD's, One to Rip my Music CD's, and one to Rip my Audio Books.
I used to Rip my music CD's into MP3, but lately I have been ripping them to FLAC.
But MP3's and FLAC are 2 Channel Audio, well just the other Day I found out about Aiff, thru Aiff I can Rip my Music CD's into 5.1 or 7.1 Audio.
So I figured I can use FLAC for my Portable MP3 player, and use the Aiff for my 5.1 Speakers.
Aiff is a bigger file, but I think it will work out good for my 5.1 Speakers.
I also used to rip my cd's to mp3 but since a long time,i am not ripping anything.
At some point I wanted to rip all mine but than I have figured out it will be easier for me to download songs than to rip them from the cd's. In these times we are living now we even don't need t to store anything as most of the music is accessible online. Not sure for how long this will last but I think it will
Not listened to a CD in years! I guess I'm not much of an audiophile like WTP (I can manage with MP3 below 250kbs) however I do listen to music quite regularly usually in headphones though. I keep my entire music catalogue on my computer and on my phone using a large capacity micro SD card (which is why I cannot use iPhones - That and the awful iTunes experience) although I mostly use one of the audio streaming platforms for day to day use I mainly keep my library on phone for the times I have no internet connection.
I used to Download Porn, but don't do that much anymore.
And there is a lot of streaming stuff for Music etc.
I have a computer, but No Tablet or Cell Phone.
So I Rip my CD's etc. so I can have the stuff I like, I rarely listen to the radio anymore.
I have a Creative Vision M, Which has a 30 GB hard drive, I have had it for at least 20 Years.
I recently got a FiiO 3, but have not set it up or used it yet.
Well Celebrity Big Brother will start Feb 7th 2018.
It will be for 2 or 3 weeks, much shorter than Regular Big Brother.
Don't know yet who will be there, maybe Jan 28th 2018.
I know you guys don't care about Big Brother, but I find it interesting.
