I haven't seen Ad Astra. What is it about? "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood" was ok for me. Great interpretations but I fel something was missing

I was watching Ad Astra. Can't rate it more than 3 of 10. There is a bunch of better SF movies.

Even a lot cheaper Cosmos has been 10 times better to me.

Haven't watched any of those two.

Even after all the positive comments I have heard and seen after watching trailers I have definitely decided that I am not going to watch them. They are out of my world completely...

For me it was a great visual spectacle with epic music and great dialogues.

But if you are expecting a typical sci-fi movie you will be disappointed.

For me it was just a bad try to copy Interstelar or similar movies. I am not fan of typical sci-fi movies by the way.

That's for sure a non typical sci-fi movie. It's more like a sci-fi documentary. Most people find it slow and bored giving it low rating but for me it is 10 pure as a clean water.

Glad Parasite won the Oscar, would have still been happy with Joker or 1917 winning though.
