Me neither. However, I have met many people who like to have picture collections.

The website was found to have engaged in malice, oppression or fraud by falsely telling the women their sex videos would never appear online.

A complaint laid by the women said they responded to ads for modelling jobs but were eventually told the job was really for adult films.
Wait, hol' up...
So did the women complain that they eventually were told it was really for adult films? Or did they complain that those videos were released eventho they were told they wouldn't be?

This sounds very weird. So they randomly go with this guy to a hotelroom and get filmed. And i think sometimes it even gets filmed by a cameraman?? I mean, how can you possibly be so gullible to believe it's not going to be a pornvideo that will be released? xd they would think it's just the guys that want it for their private collection? lol and they would somehow agree to that but not to releasing it online?

And if you respond to an ad for a modeling job and they then tell you its for an adult film. if you do not like it, you can just say you dont want to do it? it doesnt seem like they were forced to fuck in those videos...

This entire thing sounds very fishy to me...

It was good content. Sucks that the owners were serious scumbags...22 women sued them and won $13 million, so at least there is some compensation. The thing that really sucks is there were hundreds of girls who were in the same situation and didn't sue or get any compensation. Not to mention, compensation is meaningless when you're talking about families being torn apart and relationships being ruined because someone you care about finds out you made a difficult decision to pay off some college loans...There are many stories of these girls who now no longer are talking to their fathers or mothers or siblings because they found out they did porn once...the fact that the owners agreed to never put it online is the real problem here, since if they were never posted online, most of these family relationships would still be intact. If I have a daughter one day and find out she did porn, I would be open minded and support her either way, but for the genx and boomers who didn't grow up with internet porn and aren't as open-minded as me, I can definitely see where they are coming from.

I think we all agree Porn is great...but only when it's entirely consensual and both sides agree to all terms!

Sad to learn of how this content was produced, because just watching it makes it seem harmless and it's good content...but once you learn the details, all I have to say is GOOD RIDDANCE! I wish the police luck in catching the owner that's now on the run.

They were flown out and given a hotel room to audition for an "adult modeling gig" and were told they'd be paid $5000 for the shoot. Once they arrived, some of them traveling across the country, they were told they would be getting paid substantially less than $5000, and if they refused to shoot, they had to reimburse them for the plane ticket and hotel room and find a way to pay for their own flight back home. Most of these girls felt they didn't have a choice in that situation.

Separately they were told throughout the shoot that it would only be sold over seas (outside of the USA) and only on DVD, never online. Of course once the video was shot it was posted online in America and promos were posted all over global sites like Pornhub and Redtube. Many of the women agreed to it because it would never reach the internet so there was no chance family or friends would ever see it...obviously that wasn't the case, as we know now.

The men straight up lied to these women about important details and if the women refused, they were not only without the job, but out a few more $thousand to even get back home. This was the "malice" and "predatory" nature of this company and why they were sued for $13 million (the women won the case and were awarded the full $13 million in January). The site was forced to shut down as part of the settlement and the 3 owners are all facing serious other legal consequences (prison time), although one of them is on the run right now.

This makes more sense.
Although the second part "thinking oh if they dont release it online, it will be fine, noone will see it". that's veryyyy naive on their part, they could've used their brains a bit more when it comes to that lol.

But yea lying like that is really bad. I was about to say, they could sue them if they promised those things but did something else but then i read the bottom part haha.
I'm glad they won the case and got the compensation money! and i hope those dudes face some jailtime.
