Suggestion - enable banned users thread reporting

Hey, I tried reporting a post by a banned user and I couldn;t, so I had to report my own comment.

If a user gets banned, then we should be able to report his post so the dead password can be removed.

I think you weren't able to report it because it was already in the dead accounts section, can you confirm this?

Hey thank you for replying, I accessed the post via my comments in my user profile, as far as I know, it wont show dead accounts.
